• the inside mechanism of the en suite lock was missing. the only other small "niggle" was breakfast beverages were machine dispensed. otherwise a very enjoyable stay

• the hotel really neads refreshment. the room 107 was "superior", but for me there was a mistake, dirictly from the room we could go out in a terrible small yard, completely ruined, no view, very small room.

• de kamers zien er nooit zo uit als op het plaatje (al hoop je dat wel), in dit geval was het verschil erg groot. foto was van kamer niet onder het dak; kamer was wel op zolder.

• the reception staff were some of the most helpful i have ever spoken to. the location of the hotel is great, directly opposite a tram stop which takes you directly past leidseplein and dam square stright to centraal station

• we thought that our room (119) was much smaller than it looked on the website. the bed was comfortable but it was so big that it was difficult to get round and impossible to use the room to sit in to read. we were also surprised by the smell of smoke. nvertheless we did enjoy our stay and would certainly come back if we could resolve the problem of the room.
