• very friendly staff, the rooms are newly renovated and to a good standard. although my booking had gone missing they were good at resolving the problem and allocated me a larger room at the same rate as my booked single room

• really central and nice place, just few minutes walk from strategic tourist points - train station, dam square and shopping street. good breakfast. my single room even had a bath :)


• unfortunately on that day hotel didnt have heating.. so, it was rather cold. and hotel staff didnt seem doing everything to solve the problem until my colleague started to do huge pressure. also rooms for the same price are very different - my colleages single room didnt have half of extras i did have!

• the location is very good. it is a nice clean hotel. internet connectivity is a big plus


• rooms are relatively small. some rooms have ventilation problem with no air conditioning (only heating is there)

• we had a stay before our river cruise in a room more expensive than the per night stay post river cruise and that room was very nice with a loft, and our firends alsohad a similar room.
