The Di Ann Hotel is located in historic surroundings between the Royal Palace and Dam Square . The hotel provides an excellent base for exploring the city of Amsterdam with many attractions nearby such as the Anne Frank Museum. The hotel has 42 bedrooms which are all well furnished and equipped with modern facilities and amenities.

The hotel is located in a historical building. That is why none of the 42 rooms are the same but they all share the authentic feeling.

On both sides of the building are rooms available. On the one side garden view and on the other side a street/canal view. For any specific requests, please let us know.

We have standard and deluxe rooms.
Deluxe means the room will have a balcony or canal view. These rooms can be booked on request and for an extra fee.

If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 1 day(s) before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.) Any booking not taken up and not cancelled 1 day(s) before arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. A different cancellation policy may apply for group bookings. The hotel will contact you within 24 hrs. if this is the case.
