Cancellation & conditions

Please provide your creditcard details within 24 hours after you have received an e-mail of the hotel in which they inform you if the hotel has availability fot the requested date. Longer the hotel can not keep the room for you.
Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel. If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 48 hours before your date of arrival. Any booking not taken up and not cancelled within 48 hours before arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. A different cancellation policy apply for group bookings.
