• de ligging vlakbij het rembrandplein en voor ons belangrijk niet ver van paradiso. receptiepersoneel was behulpzaam en aardig. goed voor een nachtje als je concert in paradiso gaat bezoeken, maar geen hotel waar je langer als 1 nacht wil blijven.


• water in douche en wasbak liep heel langzaam weg, zodat je in een plas water stond te douchen. chagerijnig personeel bij het ontbijt s morgens.

• great location, service desk was helpful at all times. the room was clean and there were no problems. breakfast was very reasonable (bread rolls with various options, cereal, juice, coffee). the price was the best i found for centrum. generally very quiet in the rear room we had.

• kleine kamer, (te) eenvoudig ontbijt, gebrek aan o.a. handdoekhaakjes in de badkamer, in de gewone kamer geen normale lamp aan het plafond, en er was geen raam dat open kon; alleen 2 deuren naar de vluchttrap (maar die laat je s nachts niet open staan, met als gevolg dat je helemaal oververhit wakker wordt).

• the cigaret scent of the room was very bad, the room was very old and looks poor, the bath room had wella shower but no curtain , thebreakfeast was not my taste , the parking cost lend to one nigh stay plus the parking cost reach the same price that one night in the nh tropen so next time i will choose for better quality.

• gebruik van dekens en laken(onhygienisch en niet comfortabel). suggestie: gebruik donsdekbedden. wc was niet goed schoon. armoedige trapopgang, ziet er vies, onverzorgd en oud uit. personeel rookt achter de balie. zeer onfris. ook rooklucht op de kamer.

• problems with reservation: reservation done on hoteliers.com, but upon arrival the hotel denied that reservation had been accepted, because the full amount had not been paid in advance. this was not requested by the internet booking! the reservation was considered cancelled without a message to me! very annoying, and the staff was close to rude!
