Hotel CASA 400 is the perfect place to organize your training courses and business meetings. We offer conference rooms in different sizes being able to facilitate groups up to 180 people, and we offer flexible renting options. All conference rooms offer a comfortable working environment, and most are equipped with air-conditioning. Our conference centre facilities offer you a range of possibilities in capacity and formation to meet your requirements. The prices are including the use of overhead projector with screen, flip over with markers and blackboard. We also have VCR and monitor equipment for rent, and are happy to help you with any other audio-visual requirements you might have.

Off course you can have a (warm) lunch, for example a lunch buffet, or a dinner in the restaurant. We offer several combination packages to meet all your meeting requirements. For more information you can contact our reservation department. We look forward serving your business meeting needs!

Are you looking for a location to celebrate a festivity where you don’t have to pay for the meeting room? We would be pleased to welcome you and give you a tour of Hotel Casa 400 and everything it has to offer without any commitment. We would also be happy to submit a quotation for your specific event requirements. The hotel has a conference centre with 11 meeting rooms, of which a number of rooms are very suitable to organise parties, dinners and other festivities. Hotel Casa 400 can accommodate events up to 450 people! In some of the meeting rooms there are wooden floors, which are very suitable to dance on! We offer a wide variety of different arrangements, complete with cold and/or hot buffets. You can also create your own menu by making your selection out of a wide variety of starters, main courses and desserts that we offer, and we would be happy to assist you with this!

From the 1st of October 2006 till May 31st 2007 the our conference rooms can not be booked in combination with hotelrooms because our hotel is closed for hotelguests during this period. Our conference rooms are available the whole year.
