• window could not open, was not a great problem tho it would of been nice for a bit of fresh air in the mornings, although there is a ventilation system in place which blows in cool air.

• the room 2123 and 2122 was very oppressive because it was impossible to open the window and no day light.

• the room had no window that could be opened, causing the room to be far too hot!! after finding hairs in the bed when we arrived, i wasnt sure about the cleanliness.
