• the owners and staff were friendly and responsive to our requests. the lift and the laundry service were most appreciated, as was the free access to the internet and phone calls to the u.s. the location was very good, as we needed to be close to de melkweg and also to the museums. the hotel was very clean and well-kept.

• it could be more personal. for instance, in the bathroom, there is a soap dispenser on the wall. there is no shampoo or hand soap. it felt a little sterile and commercial for such a family run b & b.
