Information about Hotel Hoksbergen

Our small hotel is situated in a beautiful, more than 300 years old traditional canal-house, located on a quiet picturesque canal called the 'Singel' , the oldest and most centrally canal of Amsterdam. The Hoksbergen apartments are located in a little sidestreet, the Gasthuismolensteeg, between 2 canals, the Singel and Herengracht.

Our hotel and apartments are right in the centre of town, yet in a quiet and beautiful area. Many places of interest, like Damsquare with the Palace, Anne Frank House, Flowermarket, shoppingcenters and public transport are within walking-distance. This hotel is very interesting for budget-conscious travelers who don't want to swap creature comforts for euros.
Requests for specific hotelrooms are accepted, but cannot be guaranteed due to our limited number of rooms.
Being prudent, smoking is permitted in all our rooms. We don't have real non smoking rooms.

Cancellation & conditions

Your credit-card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel. The credit-card details just serve as a guarantee. You can pay your bill also cash. If you wish to pay your bill with a credit-card please note that we will have to charge you 5% extra as administration-costs. Reservations are made following the Uniform Conditions of the Federation Horeca. Which means that if you unfortunately have to cancel the reservation, the costs are 0% of the price of 1 night if have to you cancel up to 2 weeks before your date of arrival, 50% of 1 night if you have to cancel between 2 weeks and 1 week before your date ofarrival, 80% of 1 night if you have to cancel between 1 week and 48 hours before your date of arrival, and 100% of 1 night after 48 hours before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.).
