• wc staat in uitloop van douche - veel te klein - geen roede in de kast om kleren op te hangen - kapstokken lagen gewoon op de grond. ontbijt gewoon in receptiehal die ook niet zo netjes overkomt

• zolderkamer onder de balken met weinig ruimte en wel heel kleine badkamer voor in mijn ogen veel geld. € 99 exclusief ontbijt. veel straatlawaai in de nacht.

• het was er vies en de deuren sloten slecht. het hotel zit middenin een verbouwing en geeft daar absoluut geen reductie voor. er lag stof op het bed en de kamers zijn heel klein.

• my room was not in the hotel but in an annex. the annex was on a busy main road and we had difficulty in sleeping for the noise. there was no window in my room which was below ground level. no wardrobe to hang clothes or drawers. no fresh air in room. room too small to be called a room. bad smell when entering hotel annex. my girlfriends room had no wardrobe, hanging rail or drawers for clothes. i wanted to leave after the first night but they would not let us leave. they tranferred us to a twin room for last night and the tv did not work and the heating did not work, the hotel could not rectify these two problems. a very bad experience for me and my girlfriend.

• service was goed, het licht in de badkamer deed het niet en we kregen meteen een andere kamer, de ligging was prima


• het was echt ijskoud op de kamer en ookal deed de verwarming het wel, het werd er niet warm. 3 dekens waren de oplossing.

• het hotel was leuk gelegen aan de gracht buiten het hartje centrum. de bediening was aardig


• de minder positieve kanten was de hotelkamer, welke erg klein was. het bed was een zg twijfelaar, haast onmogelijk om daar (fatsoenlijk) op de slapen. daar kwam nog bij dat het bed bovenmatig hard was. het hotel hield er ook een vreemde manier van betalen mbt de visa kaart op na. het betalen met visa kost in dit hotel 7.50 euro. contant is in dit hotel beter, wat ik vreemd vind.
