Important information!

The Hotel Kap is situated very conveniently, in the centre of Amsterdam. It's just ten minutes walk from the major museums, the floating flower market, the Albert Cuyp market with its international range of wares, trendy shopping centres and, of course, Amsterdam's swinging nightlife. After confirming your reservation with a credit card, we check the validity of the card with a non-refundable Euro 1 charge. If you wish to pay by creditcard, there is a 5% extra charge. Cash payments prefered. The hotel has no elevator. In the reception we offer , at a small charge, a guestcomputer. For euro 5 we offer the accescode to our wireless internet (wifi) usable during your whole stay. We rent out bicycles, for you to explore the city, the dutch style.

Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking. Canceling your reservation is free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival date, our local time. After tis date, or in case of a no-show, we are entitled to charge the reserved nights, not sold again. A different cancellation policy may apply for group bookings. The hotel will contact you within 24 hrs. if this is the case.
