• er was wel muesli maar helaas geen yoghurt. gaarne voortaan yoghurt bij het ontbijt. met melk is niet lekker.

• king hotel arranged the room to their sisterhotel wilhelmina as there was some mistake about the reservation in king hotel. king hotel payed the taxitrip to wilhelmina hotel and the tramticket as compensation for the change of hotel.


• wilhelmina hotels location was a bit longer way from the city center, but the tram connection was the same with the tram nr 2

• the hoitel was in a great location central to most of amsterdams attractions and very clean....


• the hotel staff were not helpful and in fact they billed my credit card and refused to refund the amount and told me that i had to pay the full amount and would have to take the matter up with my bank upon return from my travels.... i was rather annoyed that they did this, when it specifically stated at the time that i made the booking that my credit card would not be charged and only used to secure the booking!!!!

• gave €5 discount per night as the hotel was renovating. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is excellent - 200m from the pubs, restaurants of leidseplein and the major shopping street - leidsestraat.


• very steep stairs - no lift - although i was informed that the hotel will soon be having one installed. charge to the value of 6% of the total bill for payment with a credit / debit card.
