• doors in corridors close / shut with a large stumping sound and it is uncomfortable if youre in rooms near them. silencing them will help.

• being woke up and told to turn down our music when we had no music on. extremely rude person working at reception during nights.

• perfecte lokatie, vriendelijke mensen bij de balie, badkamer schoon, lekkere douche.


• alleen droge witte stuiterballen als brood bij het ontbijt en koffie ....geen woorden voor...brrrr, in een wijnkaraf?! personeel bij het ontbijt echt chagerijnig...geen bekertje bij de wastafel...vieze muren...bedden slap.

• they changed our room the first day of our arrival of another one in another hotel.we were sick and tired of keeping on collect our stuff and our baggages.

• the location is good, near central station and not far from dam square.


• the room was very small, it seemd to be some kind of closet before they put beds in it. we slept in seperate beds on opposites sides of the room, because there was no room for a double bed, our beds were small and the matresses were of the lowest quality imaginable. it seems to be very old building old and poor furniture that we didn`t even used, old and stinky plumbing and the water in the shower and toilet smelled like sewage. the hotel is mostly for the young, there was alwas noise throughout the night , so we coudn`t sleep at all, and although smoking is forbidden in the rooms, there was a strong smell of smoke.

• key rooms never worked,we needed all the time to pass by the reception,no lift too tiny stairs and noisy guests.

• the location was very good. 5 minutes from the central station, dam sqaure, red light district. the staff were nice. the bed and pillow were comfy.


• because of its central location, its kinda noisy - you hear cars (and noisy tourists) from the street from early morning to late at night. also there was no lift. good thing i stayed at the 1st floor (technically 2nd). the breakfast every morning was kinda boring though.

• ontbijt met koude koffie, bijna geen licht in de kamer, gordijnen waren niet te openen, traploper met draden waar je bijna in blijft hangen(vanaf receptie naar boven), douchebak erg vuil.
