• we were disapointed because the baby bed cant fit in a double room, we had to take a room with 2 single beds, the beds were bad and the room is very small, it is not a familly hotel as it is described. on your website, you said that the credit card is a garantee but my card was already debited by the hotel. we dont keep a nice souvenir of this hotel.

• the staff wasnt nice at all. rather unpolite and grumpy. a pity, cause the hotel is fine located and the rooms are nice. breakfeast could also be nicer (some eggs, bacon...)

• we were dissapointed because we asked, in the check in, if was possible to let the bagage in the hotel some hours after the check out. the recepcionist told us that was no problem. when we left the hotel, the recepcionist (not really helpful) gave us, as explication, that the "door was locked" and it was impossible to keep our bagagge (just one). he was really disagreeable with us, and for us, it was a problem because we rent bikes, and was not possible to go to central station with the bagagge and the bike!

• the staff was not helpful at all. paid in full for an incomplete service; bed sheets were dirty and tv didnt work. we were told we would have a discount at the end of our stay, then, when leaving, they blew us off and told us that reclamations were through email only.

• its a nice economical accomodation. the personel at the reception was very nice and helpful.


• we didnt find the dining room in the hotel at 8 in the morning, and didnt find anyone who could tell us (any sign could be helpful), the same thig happened when we were looking for calling the taxi. the sound isolation is not ideal: we could hear all our neighbours coming in, talking etc.

• makkelijk te vinden, schoon, netjes, ten alle tijde in en uit het hotel d.m.v. kaart systeem.


• douche is erg klein, zit als het ware bij de wc in en het water liep niet goed weg door het putje waardoor er water bleef staan en je nadien ook natte voeten kreeg bij het gebruik van het toilet. verder is het er gehorig.

• theres a supermarket right around the corner and a flea market a block or two down with a lot of great food and items.... great vintage stores around the area as well


• the location was far from the main city area but not that bad if you rent a bike... the rooms were super small for the price.....and one of the staff guys was a bit rude when we first arrived there which gave me a bad first impression....
