• the hotel room leaked, the desk which was close to the window was rotten and the room smelt of damp. the shower had mould all around the seals and door frames.

• schoon linnenbeddengoed was het enige. pluspunt is verder dat de tram bijna voor de deur stopt. praktisch.


• haren in het ontbijt!!!! haren aan de douchedeur, geen stop in het bad. douchekop sproeit vooral ook vooral alle andere kanten op, is niet vast te zetten en glijdt dus naar beneden, onverzorgde inrichting. versleten, ok, onverzorgd niet goed. tv met sneeuwontvangst. receptie die gasten met "je"aanspreekt. personeel wat alleen engels spreekt?!?

• waren maar 2 badlakens (geen handdoeken of badmat). douche erg klein. maar 1 stoel in kamer. raam wilde niet open. klerenkast klein.

• despite the fact that i requested for a double room with one double bed and a bathroom, i was given a room with two twin beds and a shower!!customer requests should be hnoured or at least an explanation given.

• i did not receive an answer to several emails regarding a rebooking. very badly furnished. old an broken furniture. the carpet was dirty and unsavoury. we would never, ever recommend this hotel to anybody we know. staff at the reception was impolite. we will never again stay for a night in this hotel!!!

• rugs would be in better conditions. maps indicating how to reach the hotel from high way would be most detailed and clear.

• the matrass was too old. i felt the spring in my back. it was so noisy because of a group students i slept one night 3 hours, the other 5. the doors are closing with a hard click (in the middle of the night too). the servicephone did not connect so i coold not ask for service/ help because of the noice!!!

• de rookruimte is vies veel geluidoverlast van hotelgasten in de nacht.

• location near to the centrum, about 20 minutes per tram. new tv, beds are comfortable.


• service unfriendly. complaints are unrequested. room not as booked (doublebed, smoking). the room has got 3 single beds. after my query i got a room with doublebed, but nonsmoking. furthermore the cleaning is not acceptable. the floor in my room was very dirty, from the beginning until departure. the atmosphere is equal to a youthhostel. very loud.

• vriendelijk vrolijk en behulpzaam personeel, nieuwe tv, redelijk nette badkamer, goed bereikbaar en dichtbij schiphol, centrum goed bereikbaar met ov, groot winkelcentrum en dagmarkt aan de overkant.


• vloerbedekking in de gangen smerig, hotelkamer wat sjofel en sleets, geen bijbel in het nachtkastje, verbouwing gaande in de kamer naast ons met boren en kloppen, geen eigen parkeergelegenheid; betaald parkeren in de buurt betekent elke 2 uur parkeermeter bijvullen; onhandig!
