2 times a Michelin-star

One of Amsterdam's most remarkable restaurants is on the 23rd floor of the Hotel Okura Amsterdam. The Ciel Bleu Restaurant, like the Ciel Bleu Bar next to it, offers a panoramic view of Amsterdam's city centre. Luxurious furnishings, a breathtaking view and gorgeous flower arrangements combine with personal hospitality to create a unique atmosphere. The Ciel Bleu Restaurant's ambitious kitchen staff present 'Cuisine Creative', which is based on French cuisine and seasonal products and characterized by innovation.
Yamazato Restaurant awarded a Michelin-star!
On the groud floor of the hotel you will find the Okura's traditional Japanese restaurant Yamazato, a famous place for enjoying authentic Japanese cuisine where more than fifty Japanese specialities are on offer. The Yamazato Restaurant has an authentic, Sukiya-style interior, inspired on the Zen Buddhism from the heyday of the ceremonial houses in the 15th and 16th centuries.
