Hotel Okura Amsterdam offers a variety of venues for your business or festive gatherings. The entire first floor, which comprises 20 rooms and 4 foyers (2,800 m2), is ideally suited for congresses, product presentations, dinners, and parties for up to 2,500 persons.

The rooms can be used in combination for one large-scale event, focusing activities on one floor. A goods lift offers a unique opportunity to present voluminous materials or even cars. The Grand Ballroom, with its surface of 900 m2, is Hotel Okura's "jewel in the crown" and accommodates gatherings of up to 1,200 persons. This ballroom naturally presents a wonderful background for a formal dinner or festive evening. The Grand Ballroom and most of the other spaces can be split up into several smaller rooms.

On the 23rd floor, you will find the two sophisticated Starlight rooms, which offer a beautiful view of Amsterdam. This unique location can be used for private lunches or dinners or a festive cocktail party for up to 130 persons. Wedding ceremonies can also be held in this room.

8-hour meeting package Okura a € 87.50 p.p.

The following facilities are included:
* Unlimited coffee and tea with biscuits on arrival;
* Unlimited coffee, tea and cakes during morning break;
* Unlimited coffee, tea and cookies during lunch;
* A deluxe lunch buffet or a three-course lunch menu up to chef "including coffee and tea (excluding beverages);
* Hire from the plenary hall in preparation desired;
* Mineral water, writing pads, pens and mints on the table(s);
* The use of a flip-over in the room.

4-hour meeting package Okura a € 69.50 p.p.
The following facilities are included:
* Unlimited coffee and tea with biscuits on arrival;
* Unlimited coffee, tea and cake during the break;
* A deluxe lunch buffet or a three-course lunch menu up to chef "including coffee and tea (excluding beverages);
* Hire from the plenary hall in any preparation;
* Mineral water, writing pads, pens and mints on the table(s);
* The use of a flip-over in the room.

Booking Conditions:
* The package is only applicable to meetings of 09.00 to 17.00 hours with a minimum number of 15 persons depending on the room.
* The number of guarantee (at least by calculating the number of) guests and the menu later than seven days in advance to be given.
* Prices are inclusive of VAT and excluding beverages.
* Reservations can only bases upon availability.
* Any extensions can only be arranged in consultation with the Department of Conference & Events are cared for.
* The package is valid until December 31, 2008.
