• lack of aircondition - this was the main reason driving down the comfort rating for the hotel. the heat and noise almost screwed the stay.

• the room was not very well cleaned and i also found a string in the bed ! the hall (to go to the rooms) is not really nice and not very well cleaned too...

• ja onze kamer was beneden en het rook erg muf op de gang. ook bij het inchecken was men gehaast en wilde men onze vragen niet beantwoorden ivm amsterdam en zijn bezienswaardigheden! spijtig. bij het uitchecken was men dan weer erg vriendelijk!
