Refurbished in April 2008 the charming Hotel Mercure Amsterdam Arthur Frommer is a completely non smoking hotel. This hidden gem is set in a quiet street in the very heart of the city centre of Amsterdam. Shops, restaurants, museums and other places ofinterest are within walking distance. The RAI congress center and the Amstel Business Park are nearby. The hotel offers 92 tastefully designed rooms and bathrooms as well as a Dutch bar, breakfast restaurant and limited private outdoor pay parking.

The black and white floor tiles and the wooden beams on the ceiling in the lobby create a warm atmosphere. A similar style can be found in the Golden Age Bar. The rooms (all renovated in April 2008) in the hotel are equipped with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, air conditioning, wireless Internet and a minibar. You can store your personal belongings in the safe. The hotel has a limited amount of private parking spaces. The staff will gladly answer all your questions about attractions and events in Amsterdam.
Every morning the hotel serves a buffet in the breakfast room. From Monday to Friday you can have breakfast between 06:30 and 10:00 h. and from 07:00 to 10:30 h. during the weekend. In the evening, between 17:00 and 24:00 h. you can order drinks and snacks at the stylish Golden Age Bar.

Cancellation & conditions

Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel. If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 1 day before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.). Any booking not cancelled 1 day before arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. In case of no-show, the total price of the booking will be charged. A different cancellation policy may apply for group bookings. The hotel will contact you within 24 hrs. if this is the case.
