CONFERENCE FACILITIES
Including the Grand Ballroom and the Amsterdam Room, the conference centre comprises 22 multi-purpose function rooms with a total capacity of 2000 people. The well-known Winter Garden dates from 1879. This famous structure of glass and cast-iron provides an extremely agreeable environment for lunch, dinner, receptions or parties. By combining rooms around the Winter Garden, we create the possibility or organizing themed gatherings. The conference wing contains cloakrooms and registration desks, as well as a conference office with connections for faxes, telephones and computers.

BUSINESS MEETINGS
All 22 multi-functional rooms in the conference centre of NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky are equipped with air-conditioning. The Grand Ballroom is suitable for plenary sessions of up to 500 people in theatre style. The main characteristic of this room (460 m2) is the enormous stage that is one of Amsterdam?s largest at 70 m2. As a result, it forms an excellent venue for conferences, product presentations or fashion shows. Light and sound are controlled from the audiovisual studio of the Grand Ballroom, which has been outfitted with advanced equipment. From here, for instance, "live" connections can be established for teleconferences. In addition to the Grand Ballroom and a number of large rooms, the conference centre boasts sufficient break-out rooms for sub-meetings. The St. John's room (325 m2) can accommodate up to 450 people. Up to 150 people can attend conferences or dinners in the classic Amsterdam Room, which has been provided with all modern audiovisual facilities. The Amsterdam Room is especially suited to the requirements of business people who demand high standards from a conference room. The hotel has its own audiovisual service that can provide your conference with all the necessary equipment. The Guest Service Centre can supply you with secretarial assistance, photocopying, faxing and Internet access.
