• two of three personnel were wonderful. the third appeared to maybe have a little problem with americans. second: location to museums, shopping, one of several "in" centers in the citys nightlife.


• the amount of money for as small and badly decorated a room as i got was an absolute shock. -- they couldnt even provide shampoo??? three stars?????

• our room was far too small for two people and was nothing like the pictures on the website. we were absoluley shocked when we walked into the room. i believe we may have been given the worst room in the hotel. the bed was not suitable for two people, as it was made of foam rather than being a proper mattress. the room was absolutley not worth what we paid (eur 125 per night). eur70 per night would be a more appropriate rate.
