All made reservations are not refundable, non changeable and non cancellable. In case of a no-show, the booking will be considered as cancelled for the entire stay.

Check-in at Qbic Hotels is speedy and efficient. Through an automated terminal you can retrieve your room key. All you need to bring is your credit card and/or unique reservation number. This in combination with your name will enable you to access your room. And if anything goes wrong, you can always find an emergency phone right next to the terminal. Check out is even easier.
