• niente!!!e una vergogna che vengano proposti al pubblico alberghi come lo sphinx!!!


• camera polverosa,sporca situata nel semiinterrato che ci ha causato attacchi allergici e asmatici...non potevamo aprire neanche la finestra perche era sullo stesso livello del marciapiede,nel bagno senza finestre era rotto anche laspiratore...letti scomodi..servizio dei dipendenti vergognosamente inesistente...la sera quando tornavamo in hotel la camera non era ne pulita ne rimessa in ordine e quando chiedevamo asciugamani puliti creavano problemi dicendo che se il nostro era sporco ci dovevamo asciugare con quelli gia usati dagli amici e non capivano il nostro disagio di doverci asciugare con il solito asciugamano il volto e le parti intime!!!e una vergogna vergogna vergogna!!!!

• not friendly stuff, a lot of noise in the room (all facilities were hidden in the locker of the room and made awfull sound any time we opened water), furniture was old and floor seemed not clean

• well, there was a flatscreen tv in our room. no remote and we couldnt even watch tv. so thats negative too. the best thing about this hotel is the fact you can get far, far away very fast. if you want nothin more than a place too sleep, thats ok. but way too expensive compared to other hostels/hotels as we found out later in amsterdam.


• the staff(bad english, unfriendly, told us our credit card we used to pay the flight with is a fake), the room(most expensive room for 6 persons without mirrors, without an own toilet, without a real desk, chairs or whatever, but at least we had a(disgusting) shower) a window we couldnt open couldnt lock the door to bathroom well, there was some kind of breakfast. i was scared to eat anything there since everything looked kind of alive(again). the stairs. its impossible to get to the top floor(we got the last room on the top floor, now thats fun.) without hurting yourself. everything was dirty and/or some kind of destroyed, nothing worked in our room. putting on the light in our room was kinda suicidal since everytime you touch the switch you get shocked electrically.

• they had no record of one of our bookings. they put four of us into a three person room for one night before moving us all into a six person room. the breakfast was less impressive than we had expected. the six person room that they moved us into didnt have a dvd player.

• das kostenlose internet war sehr praktisch. besonders um online check-in für den rückflug zu machen.


• der orangensaft war viel zu schnell aus! das frühstück war von 8:00-10:00 uhr ausgeschrieben. aber um 9:45 wurde schon alles auf- & weggeräumt. somit konnte man sich um 09:45 kein brot mehr machen. und wenn man urlaub hat, möchte man die zeit bis 10:00 uhr ausnutzen können. es sollte vielleicht irgendwo vermerkt werden, dass die treppen sehr sehr steil sind. da es sicherlich gäste gibt, die damit probleme haben.

• incredible small room with staff talking and smoking directly outside the winow allready at 7:00 in the morning. bad breakfast with to little seats for all the people staying in hotel, not enough for everyone, you have to be really fast!
