• tiny room, not even space for empty luggage. small wardrobe, definately not fit for 2 persons. badly situated safe. stairs everywhere. lift stops frequently. room supposed to overlook garden, but the garden is in a disastrous state..... couldnt change the ac to heating from cooling in january! maids kept changing the towel warmer setting to 1 or 2.... instead of the prepared 5. mini bar or coffee never replenished in 6 days! coffee machine available but no water - reception said "pls fill from the bath tap" asked for a tram map and was given one from 3 years ago. 1st tram trip .... disaster! jacuzzi is a bonus but in a room twice as big! double bed made from 2 single beds ..... with a big ditch in the middle :-) bar changes to breakfast room in the morning and the corridors smell bacon and eggs throughout! expensive and nothing is included in price - tv channels, wired/wireless internet, breakfast, tax.

• although your staff was wonderful, theyspent considerable time smoking in the bar which kept us from eating there or wanting to have drinks in there, they should go outside.
