- liked the room we had, stall took care of our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready and they got us our room at noon instead of 2:00 pm. thank you
- majority of flight from north america arrive early in the morning between 7:00 and 10:00 am. arriving at the hotel we had to wait till 2:00 pm when rooms are made available. nowhere else do other hotels does this happen when you arrive you should have a certain amount of rooms available for your early customers while the other rooms are being cleaned and rotated

- the light in the wash basin area is on one side only-- the better part of a metre away from the basin -- with the mirror off-centre from the basin, too. there was no other light source. this made it impossible to shave properly with a straight razor. very poor design!

- even the double star rooms are really small! the included french breakfast is just a basic breakfast, more for people who are in a hurry in the morning.
