Our rooms are perfect for every festivity you can think of. They vary between 150 to 720m2, and are suitable from 25 to 600 guests. The execution of the party can be exactly the way you like it. A private dinner, an informal cocktail party, or an extensive cold and warm buffet? Van der Valk Hotel Assen is the place to be. At Hotel Assen we can also cater for Weddings and Receptions. We offer all sorts of surprising extras, to make sure your day is unforgettable.

The perfect venue for all your business gatherings

Here we offer 20 multi-functional rooms. From a closed training session to a large conference, Hotel Assen can cater for groups ranging from 20 to 600 people. All our rooms are equipped with modern furniture, good lighting, air-conditioning, cordless Internet and ISDN- connections. At your request we can also arrange for any audiovisual accessories you may need.

Naturally we take care of the finer details for every gathering, and we like to think along with you about suitable programme. The catering is organised to your liking and there is plenty of (free) parking. An added extra during the summer is that a number of our meeting rooms have a terrace. Perfect, for example, for the reception before a dinner party or even a drink at the end of the meeting. You can choose one of our party- of business arrangements, but we can of course make one to fit your requests.
