Lochem (municipality of Barchem) received city rights in 1233. Gorssel on the other hand is a small town(with no city rights), however Gorssel is one of the more wealthier towns in the Netherlands(statistically speaking). It's also has some famous people living in it like tv-host Jos Brink and the rap group JFS.
