• a 4 star rating for this hotel is an exaggeration. only 1 elevator, frugal room fittings, poor in room lighting, cluttered desk area, lack of power sockets at desk level, no wired internet lan, pay on demand for a very poor quality internet service.

• de ramen kunnen niet open en de airco kreeg de temperatuur niet omlaag. te warm in de nacht. daarnaast waren de prijzen van de minibar onhehoorlijk hoog.

• het hotel is compleet versleten. de kamer (nr 210) is oud en vies. beschimmelde kit in de badkamer, verschillende delen van het interieur kapot en vies/beschadigd behang. verroeste en vieze radiator in de badkamer. handdoekenstang komt uit de muur, handgreep in bad eveneens. voor 1 overnachting met 2 personen in een tweepersoonskamer hebben wij eur 129,00 betaald. dit is eur 129,00 teveel.
