At Bed&Breakfast Aan de Singelgracht in Breda in the South of the Netherlands, in the province Noord-Brabant > you stay the night in one of the first mansions (1875) built on fortified ground after 1870.
A Belgian journalist recently wrote : " You sleep in authentic Dutch charm ".
These mansions were for the people of consequence. We maintain the characteristics of this mansion the best we can. Here, we welcome guests from all over the world since 1955, ...so here’s a rich history and experience. A mixture of people and nationalities, a warm atmosphere and ambience.

Our Bed & Breakfast is unique and beautiful located in the centre, on the old canal (Singelgracht), on 2 minutes walking distance from the Central Station, Citypark Valkenberg and the Castle of Breda (KMA) and on 5 minutes walking distance from the Market Square, Spanjaardsgat, Chassé Theatre, Casino and Bredasch Museum.
Our B&B is also an ideal starting point for walking and cycling tours and regional excursions. We can provide you with information.
All our rooms have a charming and cosy arrangement and are equipped with television and DVD-player.
With your own laptop you can access the internet wireless and for free (adaptors available). Free coffee- and tea facilities. The guestrooms are divided into various sections. Every section has a private entrance and there is lockable bicycle shed. In short, an ideal place to stay for bussiness people, tourists, rest seekers and romanticists. All our double rooms are also very suitable for single bussiness-use.
Of course, we serve a complete breakfast in our cosy living room ( included in the roomprice ). We can also serve breakfast in the room for additional € 15,= euro per room per day. All our rooms are NO SMOKING. Parking around the corner in the sidestreets. Limited visitor-passes and licenses available. Always free parking within 5 minutes walking-distance ( Speelhuislaan )
