Not everyone has the same taste, and that is why we have different meeting rooms. They are all named after a French wineregion. From a small, intimite room for a business meeting, to a large room for a party or congress.
We have 10 meeting rooms, all with daylight and airconditioning. De meetingrooms, toilets and cloakroom are all on the ground floor.
The maximum capacity for a meeting in theatre position is 150 persons or 400 persons for a reception or party.
At meetings outside your office there you do not always have the needed office supplies with you. That is why there is a conference case in every meeting room. In this case you will find all the office supplies that you might need at your meeting (paperclips, stapler, felt-tips, scissors, tape, etc.).
We can arrange any audio-visual equipment that you want. An overhead projector with a screen and a flipover are available without any extra costs. But of course it is also possible to rent a beamer, microphone, etc.
