Cancellation & conditions

Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel. If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 2 days before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.) Any booking not taken up and not cancelled 2 days before arrival will be billed for the 1st night.No show will be charged for the total amount of the booking. A different cancellation policy may apply for group bookings. The hotel will contact you within 24 hrs. if this is the case.

The reservation will only be guaranteed if we have valid credit card information. For this, we need your card number, expiration date and CVC code. To avoid all the disputes in the future the owner of the credit card must be the same as the person who makes the reservation and the name of the card owner needs to be mentioned next to the cardnumber.
