The possibilities for relaxing activities in the nearby surroundings are very good and of great variety. You can go for a walk, or do some horsebackriding through woods, dunes and beach. Of course the hotel has bicycles for you, so you can enjoy the lovely scenery on bike. Next to the hotel is a tenniscourt, and in front of the hotel is the glideplane airport. At 5 minutes distance you will find an approach court with driving range, and at 20 minutes distance an 18-holes golf-court. You can also enjoy a lot of different kinds of watersports at the Northsea, the Oosterschelde and the Grevelingen lake. For cultural excursions we can give you some nice suggestions. The Deltaworks, Castle Haamstede, monument towns, and cosy terraces all over the place.
