There are a lot of nice places to visit on our Island, like: Zierikzee, Brouwershaven and Dreischor. By car can easily visit cities as Veere, Vlissingen and Middelburg. The restaurant and most of the rooms were renovated in 2007, yet it is a good mixture of the past and the present day.
A couple of kilometers away from Burgh-Haamstede, the former workisland 'Neeltje Jans', in the meanwhile 'Waterland Neeltje Jans' named, is located. A visit to this thematic funpark should not be missed.

Located in the western part of Schouwen-Duiveland, in the middle of a wonderful natural region, you can find the village Burgh-Haamstede.
You can find us in the center of Burgh-Haamstede, situated in a 300 year old building.
At a couple of 100 meters from forrest and a few kilometres from the sea and beach, is Hotel Bom a wonderful location for a sport and beach vacation. Various watersports (kite and wind surfing. etc.) are close to practise and for the walkers and cyclers between us, there are various kinds of routes. When you want to rent bicycle's, please ask us.
