Additional costs Use of sauna: € 10,- per room, per day. Dogs: € 9,50 per dog (with a maximum of one dog) per night. Children until 2 years old can stay for free in the room, looking at the maximum number of persons which is possible per roomtype. A babybed costs € 6 per night. Children from 3 until 11 years old pay 40% of the dayprice per person, per night extra. Children, older than 11 years or adults pay 60% of the dayprice per person, per night extra. You need to look at the maximum number of persons possible per roomtype.

• Terrace room

  These rooms make the "beach feeling" complete. The terrace rooms are located on the ground floor. When you exit the room you have your own terrace with reclining chairs. A design with bright colours and a very special iron bed partition. For your comfort, every room has a little kitchen. Please note that the terrace rooms are located on the ground floor and have for that reason no sea view. You enter the room from the outside. • Dune Room

• Tower Room

  A unique experience..... Upstairs in the tower, with a view over the dunes, the sea and land. A unique experience in Cadzand. Downstairs in the Tower Room you will find the bathroom, with, very special, a relaxing shower. When you take the stairs to the upper floor, you get to the top of the tower where only a bed is waiting for you., together with a flat screen tv, a dvd player and dolby surround sound. You don't need anything more in this fantastic Tower Room. Please note that you have to take the stairs to get to the upper floor. Pay attention: This room is a non-smoking room. Cancellation & conditions

Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel. If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 14 days before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.) Any booking not taken up and not cancelled 14 days before arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. A different cancellation policy may apply for group bookings. The hotel will contact you within 24 hrs. if this is the case.
