• slechte ontvangst vroegen toch naar een creditcard terwijl ik anders had geboekt en de wc stonk naar urine tevens deed de wekker het niet en het personeel aan de balie en bar was niet echt gastvrij

• the windows of the "superior double" (room number 120) were facing the backyard where very noisy ventilator/airing was installed. keeping the window closed was some improvement regarding the noise level inside, but made the temperature at night uncomfortably warm. also the view toward the backyard with garbage cans was not appropriate for a "superior" room

• de lokatie! 1 stap buiten de deur en je bent in het centrum! geweldig toch?? alles was netjes en verzorgt.. aardig personeel, leuke kamers.

• jazeker. kamer achterstallig onderhoud (kamer 307), vieze muren, oude badkamer die slecht was afgewerkt, rammelend toilet. kapotte doucheknop. douchen staand in bad met een douchegordijntje voor een dergelijk hotel?? vloer bij ingang kamer doorgezakt. inrichting erg oudbollig. jammer!

• geen badmat in het bad maar voor de rest was werkelijk alles goed geregeld. dit is de eerste keer dat een hotel zo goed alles op orde heeft ! zij krijgen van ons een dikke pluim !

• the central location was very convenient. we were able to walk about central den haag and get to the mauritshuis exhibition we visited to see. other museums are in the vicinity. the staff was friendly and helpful.


• parking is a problem. it is not obvious how to reach the hotel by car. we ended up having to park in a paying car park and walk to the hotel to find out how to get there by car. you must book parking before you arrive so a spot can be reserved. the parking is shared with the israeli embassy, which means getting your car checked for bombs before parking and passing through a secured entrance. breakfast was a bit light on. it was difficult to get non-herbal tea.
