Please note:- Cancellations should be done 7 days prior to the arrival date. Failing to do so will result in a No-Show charge for the complete stay with a maximum of 5 days!
- The hotel is closed at 22.00 hours and don't accept late arrivals. In case of flight delays and emergency guests are schedule to arrive late (not later than 23.00 hours) they should inform the hotel and ask for confirmation in writing via fax or by phone that the hotel accepts it. Failing to do so, the hotel does not take responsibility.
