Theater
Graag wijzen wij u op enkele bijzondere acties die wij wegens succes herhalen of uitbreiden. Zo treft u meer zondagmiddagvoorstellingen, die u kunt combineren met de Zondag Middag Theater Thee. Ook heeft de ‘cabaret-ontdekkingsreis’ een broertje gekregen in de vorm van een ‘toneelontdekkingsreis’.
Omdat wij er graag voor zorgen dat uw ‘theater-uitje’ compleet verzorgd is, treft u hieronder enige informatie die voor u van belang kan zijn.
Aanvangstijden Standaard beginnen onze voorstellingen om 20.15 uur, zodat u ruimschoots de tijd heeft om op uw gemak naar het theater te komen of om vooraf nog gezellig te dineren in ons restaurant. Matineevoorstellingen beginnen voornamelijk om 14.30 uur. Wijkt de aanvangstijd af van bovengenoemde standaardtijden, dan staat dit uiteraard vermeld in het programma.
Plaatstoewijzing Reserveringen zullen op volgorde van binnenkomst verwerkt worden, waarbij het ‘best available seat’ principe wordt gehanteerd. Uiteraard proberen wij zoveel mogelijk rekening te houden met eventuele stoelvoorkeuren die u opgeeft (rolstoelplaatsen dienen altijd opgegeven te worden), maar een garantie hiervoor kunnen wij niet geven.
Kassatijden Onze theaterkassa is van maandag t/m zondag geopend tussen 08.00 en 22.00 uur én altijd vanaf één uur voor de voorstelling. Telefonisch kunt u ons op dezelfde tijden bereiken op nummer 0318-750300.
Kaarten omwisselen Gekochte kaarten kunnen tot uiterlijk twee weken voor de voorstelling aan de kassa omgeruild worden voor een Reehorst-tegoedbon. Binnen deze twee weken kunnen wij de kaarten helaas niet meer omruilen of terugnemen.
Parkeren Als theaterbezoeker parkeert u altijd gratis bij De Reehorst op ons ruime parkeerterrein. Bij het einde van de voorstelling staan de slagbomen open (mocht dit niet het geval zijn, dan krijgt u een uitrijmunt van ons).
Voorzieningen Voor mindervaliden zijn, zowel bij de hoofd- als achteringang gereserveerde plaatsen aanwezig, alsmede een hellingbaan voor rolstoeltoegang. Een ringleiding is standaard aanwezig in de Schouwburg, checkt u vooraf altijd even bij de receptie of de ringleiding aan staat. In de Schouwburg is een beperkt aantal rolstoelplaatsen beschikbaar. Indien u hiervan gebruik wilt maken, geeft u dit dan bij uw reservering aan.

From now on the Hotel De Reehorst is a Non-smoking hotel.
The hotel is located only three minutes away from the A12 motorway and 250 meters from the intercity railway station Ede-Wageningen which makes a daytrip to Amsterdam easy. There is enough parking space available. The hotel also has a locakable bicycle room. The staff will do their utmost best to make sure you will have a pleasant stay.
