• we had booked an all inclusive deal including breakfasts, and we were asked to pay for breakfast on check out. we questioned this and would not pay for breakfast as we had already agreed the deal as inclusive. the room was smaller than advertised

• the room was so small that the bathroom door was difficult to open.a hairdryer was listed on the website but not available in the room.we thought the bathroom could have been cleaner.

• the hotel was spotlessly clean and in walkable distance of the town centre (15+ mins brisk walk to central train station). deluxe double room (two single beds) was large and comfortable.


• staff were polite but not particularly friendly. breakfast was buffet style, the food arranged, uncovered on a bar that was popular with the local fruit fly population. at 140 euros per night this is not a budget hotel and tea/coffee in the room would be appreciated. did not like having to collect iron & ironing board from reception - could not be delivered to my room

• service personeel trainingsruimte was te klein en te warm (ik was de trainer) en er werd weinig aan gedaan om mijn klacht op te lossen de kamer was luxe prijs en standaard kwaliteit ik moest betalen voor parkeren terwijl ik met een groep aan het trainen was en een luxe kamer had

• the location was great for the centre of eindhoven. there was a good choice of food at breakfast. variety of tv channels, some english.


• our room was quite small and had a poor layout. there was sometimes a little noise from the street (at the front of the hotel) but was never a big problem.
