The Ghent River Hotel is a new hotel situated on the right bank of the Leie which defined the Ghent boarder between the 11th and 15th century. Thanks to the ancient pier, the Ghent River Hotel is the only hotel that can be reached by boat!

The hotel is situated right in the middle of the old town and the commercial centre of the city. It consists of a Renaissance house which dates back from 1518 and an old factory dating from 1857. Both buildings are connected with a very modern section.
The hotel has 77 very charming and warmly decorated rooms. Several rooms also have a magnificent view of the river.
The breakfast room is situated on the 3rd floor of the hotel, with a magnificent view of the Ghent Skyline. An extensive breakfast buffet is served between 7am and 10am during the week and until 11am during the weekend. In the hotel's cosy lounge you can enjoy a Belgian beer or other drink.
The meeting rooms 'Artevelde' and 'Anseele' are the ideal places to organise meetings for up to 50 persons. The medieval cellar is the perfect spot for a cocktail, private dinner or product presentation.
Sauna and fitness facilities give you the opportunity to relax or work out.
