The Best Western Hotel Baars is more than 100 years old and is quietly situated in the historic town district of Harderwijk. The old center was recently renovated, adding to the attractiveness of the town as a whole. Our hotel is located on the Veluwezoom and the Randmeer, which is an ideal water sports and recreational area.

The hotel was founded in 1876, a traditional family hotel, where personal attention has highest priority. Suitable for businessman and holidaymaker alike. Most new hotelrooms overlook a peaceful pedestrian area, car free. The Best Western Hotel Baars has 45 rooms and offers excellent conference facilities. We also has fun options to fill your after business hours, such as the Veluws Museum and the Dolphinarium. Of course, excellent cuisine with various eat and fish specialities specialties in our Café-Brasserie. The rooms are tastfully furnished with various facilities for your comfort: bath/shower, toilet, digital television, telephone, coffee and tea facilities, hair dryer and sa afe.
The hotel has an elevator, parking lot, café with terrace and a restaurant. Because of the close proximity of the Veluwezoom and Lake Rand relaxation and recreation are second nature here. Water sports, Walibi World, the Dolfinarium (350 metres of the hotel), the Veluws Museum; there is an abundance of tourist attractions.
