The autumn announces in all it’s blaze of colours. A flying up pheasant marks the game season. Mushrooms, truffles, boar and partridge. For our kitchen brigade the most beautiful season of the year.
Wintertime. The snow is falling down gently. The fireplace feels comfortable. Glühwein, a nice cigar and a glass of single malt. Christmas markets, visiting the theatre or a firm winter walk. Carefully thinking off the spring, for that… The first bulbflowers open already in February.
