Decorated in three different styles, our 97 rooms are functionally but attractively furnished. You have a choice of a single or twin room. All the rooms have their own bathroom containing a shower and a toilet, and they are also equipped with a telephone, radio and television set, not to forget a telephone connection for your laptop computer.

Cancellation & conditions

1. The conference hotel has legal liability insurance covering any harm which its staff cause to a third party. This insurance does not apply to members of your group (and any accompanying managerial staff). Their property is also not insured against theft. It is assumed that they are themselves insured against harm caused by fire.
2. Every person is liable in respect of the damage which he/she inflicts on materials and/or the venues, because he/she fails to use these items and/or venues in accordance with the hospitality which our conference centre seeks to provide.
3. In the event of a cancellation, the applicant will be charged a fee based on the following schedule:
• where cancellation occurs between three months and one month prior to the commencement of the gathering – 25% of the agreed programme fee multiplied by the anticipated number of guests;
• where cancellation occurs between one month and one week prior to the commencement of the gathering – 50% of the agreed programme fee multiplied by the anticipated number of guests;
• where cancellation occurs within the week prior to the commencement of the gathering – 100% of the agreed programme fee multiplied by the anticipated number of guests.
