The four meeting rooms, to facilitate small groups (5-10 persons) up to a multi-functional conference room with a capacity of 100 persons in a theatre setting, are located on the ground floor and have plenty of natural light and provide excellent ventilation and cooling.
In addition, the multi-functional meeting rooms are equipped with a sound system with Bose® loudspeakers and as such are extremely suitable for presentations or receptions. Modern audio visual equipment is also available. The use of a data port to connect to the internet is provided free of charge to hotel guests and those who participate in meetings. All meetingrooms also have wireless high speed internet available at a charge.
Congresses and events up to 1100 persons can be organised in cooperation with the adjacent Rabo theatre. Lunches and dinners are served in the conference room or in the Star Café Diner according to booking.
