- personeel balie niet erg behulpzaam en de wekservice werkte niet, gelukkig werden we zelf wakker, anders hadden we vliegtuig gemist.

- rode wijn, chocolade, chips op de tafel bij de koffie en thee op een blad, doet de sugestie dat dit gratis is net als de koffie en thee. het is duidelijker als bovengenoemde artikelen in de koelkast( mini bar) of duidelijk apart staan.

- i cant book the return because your hotel was fully booked. you had a convention in amsterdam on september 10th, 2006. i understand it quite well but anyway, some priority could be maintained to your clients who return from foreign countries.
