- personeel balie niet erg behulpzaam en de wekservice werkte niet, gelukkig werden we zelf wakker, anders hadden we vliegtuig gemist.

- i cant book the return because your hotel was fully booked. you had a convention in amsterdam on september 10th, 2006. i understand it quite well but anyway, some priority could be maintained to your clients who return from foreign countries.
