• 1. nh did not have the booking i made through yourselves 2. room service on my first night did not arrive i phoned down after an hour to find the order lost so it took a futher 30 mins. ( nh did deduct the cost of this ) 3. bathroom door would not shut as the metal plate for magnetic catch was detached. as the extractor was quite noisy from the bathroom this was a problem for me. 4. your site says there is a free shuttle bus but in fact this is now charged for overall the stay was a big dissapointment for me as it is close the location im working at and id hoped for better. staff did apologise and try to make amends but overall its a feeling of dissapointment.

• vriendelijk personeel, erg goede f&b, goed verzorgde vergader accomodatie en verzorging. prima locatie, voldoende parkeerplaats.


• rokerskamer: de douche mag een wat frissere opknapbeurt krijgen. forse prijs!

• de kamer was veel te warm. de bar vond ik minder gezellig en de muziek te hard, hoewel die wel zachter werd gezet toen we dat vroegen.
