Hotel Orion also has a restaurant. For groups, barbecue facilities are available. On the island and by the Kagerplassen lakes there are several other good restaurants. From De Kaag, there are many beautiful cycling routes to the coast, the tulip fields or around the Kagerplassen lakes.

The Kagerplassen lakes are ideal for sailing and canoeing. Special routes will take you through beautiful natural scenery. Hotel guests can use our canoes free of charge from 6:00 p.m.
Hotel Orion is situated on a small island. Between 50 and 200 meters are 6 restaurants. Restaurant Tante Kee is the most expensive, but a 1st class restaurant and Restaurant De Twee Wilgen the cheapest, with a small choise and every day a various dish of the day.

The terrace looks out onto a splendid, typically Dutch polder landscape.
