Hotel van Beelen has rooms and studio’s (1-roomappartments) and (maybe the most important…) an informal, friendly atmosphere. Situated about 100 meters from the beach, near the centre of Katwijk aan Zee.

To avoid any overbooking the online-reservationsystem will be closed if we have limited capacity. Also online reservations are not possible from 1 day before arrivaldate. In both ways it seems that our hotel is fully booked. In that case we kindly ask you to inquire by telephone or email whether your booking would be possible.

Our hotel is non-smoking! It’s not allowed to smoke in all rooms and lounges of our hotel! For smoking you can book a room or studio with a balcony and then smoke on your balcony or take a seat in our courtyard (partially covered).
No pets allowed.

  The breakfast (included in the price for the rooms) is an extended breakfast-buffet which can be ready for you from 5 AM. You will find an impression of our breakfast buffet in the photo series.
  For the Studios breakfast is optional and can be served only for the complete stay for 4 Euro per person.
  
  The parkingplaces in the centre and surroundings have to be paid for. From the hotel you can get a parking card. With this card you are able to PARK FREE OF CHARGE. You only pay a deposit of 50 Euro.
  A transfer by direct taxi from Schiphol to Katwijk is possible for 42,50 Euro. We will be glad to inform.

Smoking-policy: We ask you kindly to keep the breakfast room smoke-free. You can, f.i. after breakfast, smoke your cigarette behind our hotel. Reachable through the door in the breakfast room.



For your evening meal you will find several restaurants in different price categories in our direct surrounding. The nearest restaurant we can recommend is only 50 meters from our hotel. We will be glad to advice you!
