Master-chef Wim Doumen, from the recently renovated Restaurant La Source, has received a reward from the new Henry Lemaire guide 2009 on the 17th of Novemer. Not only did the restaurant receive 9 our of 10 point, but it is also one of the only two ‘Grote Tafels’ (Big Tables) in the provice of Limburg, Belgium.
The 2009 edition is, as Henry Lemaire likes to describe, the result of an ‘inspection of soups and sauces’.
Director Aldo-Michel Mungo: ‘Restaurant La Source belongs according to us to the so-called ‘Magic Hits’, an address that you must go to and that recalls some deep emotions’.
