Maasdam is a dike town on the Binnenbedijkte Maas in the Groene Hoeksche Waard. This island with its vast polders, winding creeks and tree lined dikes are an oasis off peace and space for both our business and leisure guests.

Hotel de Hoogt is located next to the waterway known as "Binnenmaas", set in a polder landscape, between the south of Rotterdam and Dordrecht. Excellent base for cycling trips in the polders or along the banks of the "Oude Maas". The "Binnenmaas" is ideal for short boat trips, sailing, windsurfing or fishing. Our guests often tell us our cooking is why they stay the night.
